Acknowledging Youths provides a complete a support programme for the recruitment and employment opportunity. We have successfully finished 7th projects with DWP to help young people to develop their confidence, self-esteem and enhance their chances of finding and keeping a job.

AfCD will bring over 15 years of experience at service delivery and meeting client needs. Be a good delivery partner to any lead organisation or consortium as it has been doing with working with the likes of A4e, Career Development Group, Shaw Trust, NHS Trust, DWP and SEETEC to mention but a few. AfCD has accreditations, policies and the manpower and infrastructures to delivery on any service level agreement (SLA) its sign up to. AfCD can also serve a lead partner should the opportunity present itself as we have done with some time past and currently doing with Delight Outreach, Multi Sport Academy London and Haven Social Care to mention but a few.

Action West London is a reliable and financially sound organisation with extensive experience in ESF and other EU funded projects .We have already led a VCS consortium Big Lottery/ ESF West London bid for the BAME women employment project. We would like to lead on other forthcoming bids (e.g. Refugees) and would also like to
to join in as a delivery partner in all the ESF themes.

ATN, a registered charity, is interested in acting both as a lead and a delivery partner. ATN has 16 years experience in both roles in a wide range of 76 Skills for Life, vocational skills and employability projects. ATN currently delivers two large ESF SFA adult skills contracts and the ESF Community Work Placements Project as a delivery partner.
ATN has spare room capacity in its five delivery premises in Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Barking and Newham and has excellent QA and MI systems including a proactive and problem solving approach in meeting KPIs, which it can share in a partnership.

AAF is an accredited training organisation with 20 years’ experience working mainly with BME communities. We are Matrix accredited and have successfully delivered a number of skills and employment programmes including London Councils/ESF and European Integration Fund. We offer training facilities, excellent links and networks within diverse networks and great professionalism.

AWC has evidence of successful history of supporting BME women, and girls to overcome their experiences, and of improving their safety, wellbeing and self-confidence.

Our key strength is our knowledge of, and strong working relationships with, existing services across the Tri-borough area and we also offer an excellent consistent, safe, tailored and visible profile for ‘hard to reach’ BME women and girls to access our services and for organisations wishing to work alongside us.

Currently we are the only organisation representing BME community groups in Angelou partnership; delivering Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) community-based services in the Tri-borough (Kensington, Hammersmith and Fulham, Chelsea and Westminster) and Brent.
Equally our ‘Women Into Employment’ project, which supports and skilled-up unemployed women survivors of domestic violence; to move closer to the job market, is a very popular.

Years of experience working with disadvantaged, hard to engage and long term unemployed individuals, such as those who are homeless, have mental physical or health needs, young NEET, ex-offenders, etc. Provision of an individual tailor-made, person centred holistic intervention approach. We carry out an in-depth assessment of need, that not only takes into account the vocational needs but also any other issues/barriers the individual may have that blocks his/her progress into future employment Our performance in securing health, well-being and employment outcomes for disadvantaged groups has been praised by government agencies and funders alike.

Belina are specialists in supporting lone parents get back to work. education and training, using our programme Get Ready for Work GRoW. 90% of the people we work with are women, 70% from BAME communities. We offer focused, enjoyable, structured group sessions and IAG – with crèche. Key strengths: engagement and retention: We work with children’s centres across London to engage people. We have a documented 85% retention rate. Independent evaluation tracked parents over 5 programmes: 75% responded: 30% moved into work within a year; 24% were volunteering, in full time education or training; 45% went on to work with an adviser to support them into work. We go to where parents are – their local community. We have hubs in Newham, Hammersmith and Lewisham – and can work in any London Borough. Highly commended at the national employability awards for innovative services for parents.

Best Practice People Limited

Working in London Boroughs falling in Kent, Essex and Surrey, we offer fully funded training for volunteers, employed individuals and unemployed individuals, including NEET’s. Typically we offer skills to achieve an improved employment status and income. These range from vocational qualifications, such as Digital Media, IT, Retail, Warehousing, Hospitality, Logistics) to Maths & English.
