ATN, a registered charity, is interested in acting both as a lead and a delivery partner. ATN has 16 years experience in both roles in a wide range of 76 Skills for Life, vocational skills and employability projects. ATN currently delivers two large ESF SFA adult skills contracts and the ESF Community Work Placements Project as a delivery partner.
ATN has spare room capacity in its five delivery premises in Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Barking and Newham and has excellent QA and MI systems including a proactive and problem solving approach in meeting KPIs, which it can share in a partnership.
Working in London Boroughs falling in Kent, Essex and Surrey, we offer fully funded training for volunteers, employed individuals and unemployed individuals, including NEET’s. Typically we offer skills to achieve an improved employment status and income. These range from vocational qualifications, such as Digital Media, IT, Retail, Warehousing, Hospitality, Logistics) to Maths & English.
Our goal is twofold, to help individuals grow themselves through skills development, and to help businesses economic growth through up skilling their staff

Memory Lane Dementia Resource Centre providing a 24+ day care placement for people living with dementia and offering a resource centre for carers

We are funded by a number of sources including local authority, health, and trust funders and able to deliver successful projects and produce timely reports.
Community Links is an innovative inner city charity that has a long history (over 14 years) of running successful employment and training projects across several funding streams (including SFA, DWP, ESF). We provide non accredited learning that works on motivation, confidence building, body image, job skills and time management. Once this is completed we support our customers into education, employment, enterprise or training including work tasters and support and advice on money management, housing and childcare. We offer employability skills as well as personalised one to one support. We provide not only the skills, but the confidence, resilience, networks, and the sustained backing that our customers need as they set out to grab every fulfilling opportunity.
Create Jobs is an employability programme providing new routes into the creative industries for disadvantaged young people, aged 16 – 24, living in East London. We work with young people, employers, training providers and referral agencies to deliver a high quality training and brokerage service, leading to paid apprenticeships, paid internships, traineeships and work placements for young people in the creative industries.
We have a detailed knowledge of and access to creative industry employers within London. Create Jobs can offer support in engaging these employers and creating new roles for the target groups prioritised by the Building Better Opportunities programme.
DABD (uk) is a user led charity based in London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, with services pan-London. For over 63 years we have provided services targeting people who are excluded and/or disadvantaged. DABD (UK) delivers its programmes from 5 centres, taking our 16 services into the heart of the community. DABD’s Education, Skills and Employment Division have successfully delivered on employment contracts including ESF, London Councils, DWP, SFA for over 14 years and have a proven track record as a subcontractor with a demonstrated delivery model, established relationships and excellent success rates across our provision. Value added contracts and services to support our employment provision include Apprenticeships, Training and Volunteering.
We have been supporting disabled people in East London to find and keep employment for over 30 years. We have a long track record in delivering quality services, and have delivered multiple ESF projects in this time. Our staff are experts in their field, and our various programmes work with over 400 disabled people every year to help them achieve their goals.
Established 1995 Women owned/led Sme delivering Jobs training and social engagement services to East London’s multi cultural /BAME communities. Our social engagement service targets women and provides a full activity pathway to social and financial in-work independence from our secure DDA centre. Accredited NCFE OCR . Quality Kitemarks:- IIP Matrix ISO9001 Experience delivering via ESF, SFA.- SSU&SSR., EIF, Big lottery, JCP /DWP. Workplace. SRB. ERDF etc. Experience qualified and DBS checked Advisors/trainers. 20 year verifiable successful history of delivery in East London. . It prides itself in delivering end-to-end sector (transport and logistics) specific skills and employment support to BAME, lone parent, women, long term unemployed, who want to work and are prevented from doing so by a range of barriers. HCT has established partnership management structure which it adopts for its projects.
