Acknowledging Youths provides a complete a support programme for the recruitment and employment opportunity. We have successfully finished 7th projects with DWP to help young people to develop their confidence, self-esteem and enhance their chances of finding and keeping a job.

AfCD will bring over 15 years of experience at service delivery and meeting client needs. Be a good delivery partner to any lead organisation or consortium as it has been doing with working with the likes of A4e, Career Development Group, Shaw Trust, NHS Trust, DWP and SEETEC to mention but a few. AfCD has accreditations, policies and the manpower and infrastructures to delivery on any service level agreement (SLA) its sign up to. AfCD can also serve a lead partner should the opportunity present itself as we have done with some time past and currently doing with Delight Outreach, Multi Sport Academy London and Haven Social Care to mention but a few.

Action West London is a reliable and financially sound organisation with extensive experience in ESF and other EU funded projects .We have already led a VCS consortium Big Lottery/ ESF West London bid for the BAME women employment project. We would like to lead on other forthcoming bids (e.g. Refugees) and would also like to
to join in as a delivery partner in all the ESF themes.

We carry out an in-depth assessment of need, that not only takes into account the vocational needs but also any other issues/barriers the individual may have that blocks his/her progress into future employment Our performance in securing health, well-being and employment outcomes for disadvantaged groups has been praised by government agencies and funders alike.
Betknowmore UK mission is to develop and deliver support and education services to address problem gambling and addiction. To facilitate this, we have launched Gambling Support Hubs (GaMS) in Islington and Newham. The GaMS Hubs services include an outreach mentoring programme called ACT, a tailored 1-2-1 outreach programme for gambling addiction. We also provide workshops, specific to client need, and information services, such as posters and leaflets. We focus on partnership building and our partners already include drug/alcohol agencies, mental health services and housing associations.
We are a not for profit cycling social enterprise. We have put that we are pan London as we work and can work all over London. However we have our main bases in Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest and Hammersmith.
We are a not for profit social enterprise focused on creating a more diverse cycling community, improving mechanical skills and developing greener businesses.
We are able to run All Ability Clubs or Cycling for Health programmes.
We are also able to train people to become bike mechanics. We have an excellent record of supporting people into work, with around half of our trainees going on to find work.
Blue Sky is an award-winning charity that solely employs ex-offenders for 6 months and offers them a package of rehabilitation support whilst with us (training, housing support, mentoring and jobs brokering). We operate over 20 commercial contracts around London and anticipate having more than 100 vacancies to offer ex-offenders this year alone. We have a track record of successfully delivering ESF programmes in the past – notably being part of London Probation’s PIANO programme where we achieved all the employment and training outcomes assigned to us. We are also currently a specialist provider to Reed and A4e on the DWP’s

We run personal development and pre-employment programmes, enabling young people to improve their social skills and employment prospects. We deliver a range of activities including: A One-to-One Matrix Accredited Information, Advice and Guidance Service; Employability skills, Personal Development Programmes; Job Clubs; Job and Training Brokerage and In-Work and in-Learning Support. We have extensive local support networks enabling us to reach out to young people and tap into the resources of the local community to maximise on the support and the outcomes for young people.

Capital Apprenticeships deliver a wide range of training and educational programmes including: Apprenticeships, Employability, ESOL, and a wide range of industry training and development programmes. We work extensively in the three boroughs meeting the needs of local people and employers. We also have a wide network of community groups in order that we can help disadvantaged people gain skills, confidence and access to gainful employment. We have been very successful in finding candidates for vacancies with employers but we encounter very significant issues about candidates’ job readiness and seek other partnerships where we can help to meaningfully address this issue.
