How did you do in the 2012/13 Employability Performance Ratings for London?

2012/2013 London Employability Performance Ratings have now been published on the London Datastore website.

There are fewer VCS providers with high ratings this year, in fact over all there are more 0, 1, and 2 star ratings that 3s and 4s. This may reflect the fact that the period covers the start up phase of many projects, when inaccurate profiling can cost providers points: ratings tend to increase after year one of project delivery.

The Employability Performance Rating is a comprehensive tool to benchmark the achievements of employability service providers in London. The rating system awards a star rating based on three key areas: delivery performance, quality and contract compliance.

Used by the Greater London Authority, National Offenders Management Unit and London Councils this is the third year that ratings have been published, with a total of 244 ratings being allocated to 124 different delivery partners. 37,500 Londoners have accessed support from Employability Performance Rated delivery partners.
